These Subscription Terms apply specifically to purchases of Sunrise Templates subscription plans (Basic, Pro, and Premium) and any other recurring subscription products offered by The HR Horizon (“Subscription Services”). They supplement and should be read together with our general Terms of Service.
1. Subscription Plans
We currently offer the following Sunrise Templates plans: Basic, Pro, and Premium, each with different levels of access as described on the Sunrise Templates page. Current pricing is displayed on that page and may be updated from time to time; changes to pricing will not affect an active billing cycle already paid for, but will apply from your next renewal.
2. Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) via one of our supported payment methods: PayPal, Stripe (Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards), WiPay, or direct bank transfer.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for each renewal until you cancel. For subscribers paying by direct bank transfer, renewal is not charged automatically — you will receive a renewal invoice or reminder in advance of each billing cycle, and continued access is conditional on payment being received by the due date.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to your plan’s content until that date, after which access will end.
We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle, except as set out in Section 5 below.
4. Access to Templates After Cancellation
Templates and documents downloaded during your active subscription period remain yours to use for your internal business purposes under the licence terms in our Terms of Service, even after cancellation. However, you will lose access to the subscriber portal, any newly added templates, and any future updates to previously downloaded templates once your subscription ends.
5. Refunds
Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
6. Changes to Plan Content
We may add, remove, or update templates and toolkits within each plan tier from time to time to keep content current and legally relevant. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes to plan inclusions.
7. Fair Use and Licence Restrictions
Your subscription grants you a licence to use the templates and toolkits for your own business’s internal purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your subscription access or downloaded materials with parties outside your own organisation, including other businesses, consultants acting for other clients, or template marketplaces.
8. Suspension or Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your subscription if payment fails, if you breach these Subscription Terms or our general Terms of Service, or if we discontinue the Subscription Service (in which case we will provide reasonable notice and, where applicable, a pro-rated refund for the discontinued period).
